Acceptable Use & Service Disclaimer
This page explains acceptable use of Aurora MSP website channels and important limits around service enquiries, technical information, and public website content.
Public website enquiries
Aurora MSP website forms and email links are intended for general business enquiries, service requests, sourcing requests, and initial contact. They are not intended for emergency support, incident response, security breach reporting, or the submission of sensitive credentials.
No emergency support through website forms
Submitting a website form does not create an emergency support obligation, ticket priority, service-level commitment, or guaranteed response time. Existing clients should use agreed support channels for urgent or service-affecting issues.
Do not submit sensitive secrets
Do not submit passwords, MFA codes, private keys, recovery keys, seed phrases, payment card details, administrative credentials, API secrets, confidential client records, or other sensitive secrets through public website forms.
Website content is not final service scope
Website descriptions of services, solutions, consultancy, sourcing, support, security, backup, compliance readiness, and technical delivery are summaries only. Final scope, responsibilities, exclusions, pricing, service levels, tools, deliverables, and legal terms must be agreed in writing through an accepted quote, contract, order, schedule, statement of work, or service agreement.
Security and compliance disclaimer
Aurora MSP may provide security-minded support, cybersecurity-aligned services, backup services, documentation, monitoring, advisory input, compliance readiness support, and practical technology guidance. These services do not guarantee that an environment is secure, compliant, breach-free, recoverable in all circumstances, or immune from cyber threats.
Security and compliance outcomes depend on agreed scope, client cooperation, access, licensing, configuration, tooling, user behaviour, third-party platforms, and ongoing operational practices.
Client responsibilities
Clients and prospective clients remain responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining appropriate licences, approving changes, managing internal decisions, safeguarding credentials, following security guidance, and ensuring that personnel use technology responsibly.
Acceptable use of communication channels
You must not use Aurora MSP website forms, email links, or communication channels to send unlawful material, malicious files, spam, offensive content, unauthorised confidential information, misleading requests, or material that infringes third-party rights.
No obligation to accept work
Aurora MSP may decline or defer work where the request is outside scope, insufficiently defined, commercially unsuitable, technically inappropriate, conflicts with existing obligations, or presents unacceptable operational, legal, security, or reputational risk.
Relationship with service contracts
Aurora MSP’s Master Services Agreement states that high-level service descriptions, including website content, proposals, brochures, presentations, and similar materials, are non-binding and provided for explanatory purposes only. Binding commitments are limited to executed schedules, accepted orders, and signed change orders.
